Series 5 NP535U3C missing AMD USB 3.0 Controller driver

I have a Series 5 NP535U3C on which I installed a new hard drive and re-installed windows. I have everything working to a degree except for Device Manager showing that the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller is missing a driver. That driver cannot be found online or within the PC itself. It also doesn't seem to be available on the support page for the model.

The driver it needs seems to be the AMD USB 3.0 Controller driver. That would match with the symptoms, since the USB3 port is the only one not working.

Sadly that downloads a driver scanner program that updates existing drivers but doesn't seem to recognise the missing one for the USB 3 port... 😞
