SDBUS_INTERNAL_ERROR

Everytime I put in a "micro sd card" into the slot" I get the SDBUS INTERNAL ERROR. Anyone have the solution. I tried uninstalling the "Qualcomm soC sercure digital host controller" in device manager and once it installs same SDBUS error.

have u tried formating the sd.card first
