Samsung SD300 - Does not display "Key Guide" and Cannot navigate the Menu!

Hi - Am having problems navigating the menu on this monitor. According to the pdf Manual, "Press any button on the front of the product to display the Key guide" - This does not work! - The only way to get into any kind of Menu is pressing the Menu button, but I cannot then navigate to Settings etc. The only part of the menu which shows is the "PC/AV Mode" - Can't get out of this - When I press the Left button to try and access the rest of the menu, it just exits the Menu completely!

Any advice welcome!

Agreed. I have exactly the same problem.  Pressing the menu option brings up the PC/AV Mode which is impossible to get out of. Using the Menu as "<" kicks me out of the setup program.HELP
