Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED Game Mode (240 HZ) Connection Loss

Hello guys, 

First of all sorry for my English.

I'am using Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED G95SC with RTX 2070, Display Port 1.4. My problem is came after 5 month later, Reset in OSD my Monitor.
There is no any problem is Game Mode off. (no 240 hz, no VRR, no Gsync)

When i turn on Game Mode and using HDR, 240hz, Gsync. Problem coming.
You can see what problem i have. Please watch 3 video.

Latest Windows 10, latest Nvidia Graphics Card Driver, Latest Samsung Firmware.

Game Mode Off - No Any Problem. But only 120 Hz and HDR

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you think is the problem.

Could you please provide more details about the issues that you're facing?

Hi, thank you for your reply. My problem is,

When i turn on game mode, i can't play any game fullscreen. If i press ALT + TAB for minimize game, connection is gone, and i cant use my computer.

But if i turn on game mode, only there is no issue borderless fullscreen games like The Last Of Us Part 1, Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection or if i set borderless fullscreen which games support, there is no issue. I can use ALT + TAB, minimize game. 

If I had to summarize;

Issue : 

Game Mode On - Fullscreen games not working. Borderless fullscreen games working. If fullscreen games work but if minimize game, connection gone. (One Time Fullscreen GTA 5 opened, i tried minimize game, connection lost 😞 .)

No Issue : 

Game Mode On - borderless fullscreen games working. Minimize game. But Fullscreen games not working.

No Issue : 

Game Mode Off - Fullscreen or borderless fullscreen or minimize game doesnt matter.
