Can anyone help me please, I contacted Samsung but they have not replied despite contacting them again a month later.
My system crashed but I had performed a recent back up on 2 separate occasions so wasn't too worried when I put it back to factory settings to restore it. However, trying to retrieve my data, the back up is not recognised (external) and if I try to open the files as say a word document (I know there are several there), it just says the files are too large. They display with .w0 extensions and it does look like documents are there as the size is so large.
I reinstalled Recovery Solution 4 but that still doesn't recognise the files but I am convinced they are there!
I have tried converting the files using various programs but no luck.
Can anyone suggest anything to try please?
