My Samsung Mail app suddenly stopped syncing emails. New messages are not coming in unless I refresh multiple times, and sometimes it doesn’t update at all. Has anyone faced this issue before? Any easy fix or setting I should check?

Hi @smithjohnson Open the email app, tap the 3 lines on the top left and Tap the cog in the top right of the pop-up box - Select your email account - Sync Account - check that is in On. Swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom and Select Sync'. You should also check the Email Settings menu please check the sync schedule and sync period. Ensure also that Limit Retrieval Size set to 'No Limit'.
If still issues force stop and clear cache of the email app, you could also reinstall.
