Samsung Galaxy Book Stall on setup

My friend has a Samsung Galaxy Book Laptop which he recently did a factory reset. But now when he came to set it back up again. The laptop stall on the window network setup page. The "NEXT" button does not seem to work. The picture below is of the stall page.

Does anybody know what is it going wrong and how to fix this problem so we can progress with the setup?

I had the same when setting up a Book Go, options are to either use an ethernet adapter to connect to Internet via ethernet cable or there's a work around to be able to set up without Internet if you search on YouTube.

Also, once set up by either of those methods. The driver for WiFi will need to be updated via device manager afterwards.
