Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2 i5 v i7

With reference to the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2 range of Laptops in the UK.

The Book 2 pro range in my opinion is probably as good as it gets with a Intel processor.

Thin, light and good battery (As good as it gets for an Intel Processor) I have reported previously figures of 30 plus hours in standby and I have ran the i5 and my i7 for two  8 hours days before now on office work.

My only criticism re the Galaxy Book Pro 2 is the thickness of the base chin bezel and we obviously need a bigger SSD.

Also customer service could be better, ie have a higher technical capability. For example when I ask why the i7 12th gen took 12 seconds to boot whilst the i5 11th gen took 4 seconds I was told to try re-installing Windows 11. Not really adequate when buying a £1400 machine.

A contender might be the Huawei Matebook X, but personally I have avoided the HP Spectre and Dell XPS.

I choose the Book2 over the Book2 Pro, yes cost was a big factor, but so far my regret is the screen quality, but £1200 vs £440 for the i5, it is great.

Again I debated the Book2 I7 over the I5 and many reviews suggested the I5 was better ???
