@dljunior, As far as I know, Samsung does not provide recovery images. You have two options. Go to the service centre. They should bring back system along with recovery partition. You can also install clean Windows 10/11 on your device from USB stick and then install all Samsung software and drivers. Most of them install automatically through Windows Update.
