Samsung G7 32" QLED

Hey,

I recently bought G7, 32" QLed model.

I'm getting white tearings once in a while.  Very disturping when watching for example Netflix. Doesnt really matter what do I do the tearing is always there. Horizontal lines. It's only one line and its not thick at all. It can appear anywhere. Middle or top of the screen mostly. Otherwise monitor works like a charm, but I'm going to return it if I cannot watch netflix / play games without getting a white stripe flashing on my screen every 2minutes.

Already updatet the firmware to M-TG700CCAA-1011.0 Does not make a difference.

@Veppezi: What device do you have connected to the monitor, and what connection method are you using? Have you tried an alternate port or cable to see if the issue persists? Have you tried adjusting the refresh rate in the display settings to see if you notice an improvement?

Did you try to install CxxG75xQ.exe?
