Questions regarding Samsung WM65B Flip Pro / Unable to install APPS

Hello all,

I want to know more because i tried to call samsung support but they always connect me to the sales department and it looks pretty unprofessional from their side.

My Question is regarding Samsung #WM65B Flip Pro that i just purchased, but for some reason i cannot find any app or its play store to download apps, for example we need zoom conf or #teams #microsoft teams installed on that tv but i cannot install neither find any app stor

Can someone guide me how to find a solution and how do i install apps on my Samsung WM65B Flip Pro?

Hi, I'm not familiar with this product but from what I read, it's a digital whiteboard. It can connect to various devices and it seems to me any apps need to be used on a connected device eg a PC, phone etc. Therefore, Teams gets installed on the connected device and displayed on the Flip Pro.

You mean there is no chance to install any apps on it?

Acutally it has some apps installed, i see outlook, Google Meet, and few more. But how do i install for example Zoom or Teams?

Any idea?

I was hoping someone from Samsung would help us here

It was difficult to find info but I can confirm no other apps can be installed. Despite the Samsung connection with Microsoft, there is no Teams app.
For Teams and third party apps to be displayed, they can be shown on screen projected by a supported device.
