Question about T5 SSD drive

Hello, I'm interested in buying the Samsung T5 500Gb portable SSD drive.

Can anyone advise if I can transfer files to and from various devices to a single T5 drive? (and perhaps create seperate folders on the drive for each device)  I wasn't sure if it can only be used with one device. I have 2 android phones, a Macbook and a Ipad I would like to use with this drive.

It is like a normal ssd so you can create folders in it and use it with what you want, is that what you meant?

Thanks, yes I thought it maybe had to be formatted for use on only one platform.
