Printer CLP365-W

When colour printing I get a poor print as though looking through a reflecting window with couloured blotches across the print.

Toner levels are OK - when I try to get the print manager it says I need to download it but I can't find it on the Samsung website.

For some reason the disc I have with the printer refuses to function.

Any suggestions welcome - I am not specially technically competent so please be simple

Software (like Easy Print Manager) is available to download from the Downloads section of the printer's Support webpage here.

Also, there's some troubleshooting steps in the Advanced section of the User Manual. Printing Quality Problems are covered from page 175 overall (or from page 86 in the Advanced section) like this for example:
