I just bought a S22 ultra phone and a galaxy book 2 pro 360. I've seen a lot of videos about how great experience is to use "Quick Share". However, since day one, I have problems in sending files between my devices. First of all, the laptop never finds the phone amoung nearby galaxy devices! In the reverse case, and when I want to send files from the cellphone to galaxy book, every time for sharing a single photo, I have to try dozens of times and receive "filed to connect" message. But, today my cellphone also decided to not find the laptop amoung the nearby devices!
In addition, when I pair the devices with bluetooth, S22 ultra says that it couldn't connect to galaxy book but galaxy book says that it is connected to the S22 ultra! (you can find the sceenshots below). I believe this weird situation might be the reason for having problem in Quick Share too.
Could you please let me know how can I fix this issue?
