Hi,

I have an old NC10 notebook that I’ve reformatted using the Samsung recovery icon.

it’s running Windows XP but although it says it is connected to the wi-fi, every time I click on internet explorer it says that the security certificate for this site is not recognised and won’t allow me access?

Anyone got any ideas how to rectify it? I’m donating it to a family of Ukrainians that we are hosting in a flat we have so that they can use it to contact folks back home. A speedy solution would be very welcome

Hi - I believe Internet Explorer is effectively being retired. As far as I understand you can use Microsoft Edge with some sort of Internet Explorer add on set up. If you " Google" Internet Explorer there are a few articles relating to this. Hope this helps

I can’t upgrade it by the look of it
