The other day I went on my smart monitor M5 and it just showed up bixie but I've placed it with Alexa for years and it didn't seem to show then when I went back on the settings on voice it didn't show the alexa feature at all. I look at the updates, I'm up to date and tried unplugging it still didnt show.
