Monitor issue

So yesteday I played fm 2024 and while the games was playing i was mutitasking into winfows 11 doing some Web browsing and suddenly the monitor blinked and shows displayport logo top left just did it once like when i change resolution.

I tried 3 different displayport cabled and reinstalled graphic drivers but it didnt do again only that once.

It had never done that before.

Any idea why it did that?

The game runs at 60hz and my monitor is a 240hz

Could that be the case of hz changing? 

Or do you guys know what could be the issue here?

Also if i use in the monitors display and enable the adaptive sync i get some flickering when changing from on app to another, like if i brows the web and then goto an app i have running it flickers alittle when changing is htis normal?

One thing is noticed is that when changing Hz in windows 11 it triggers it, changing resolution dossent. Some older titler of games like mafia 1-2-3 definitive edition, well 2 dossent but the 3rd game dossent it every time i enter or exit the game and also if i change resolution in game but that is is the only game so far i have noticed it in. Fm 2024 dossent tigger it so I dont know why it did it in that 2 days ago maybe something on the Web or desktop did it
