Hello,

I've wasted 30 minutes of my time speaking through samsung chat to someone who claimed to be human but I have spoken to more useful AI.

I'm trying to establish what the lastest firmware version is for this monitor. He has suggested I contact a service centre which deal with repairing Samsung monitors. Very helpful.  He said Samsung doesn't have any documentation to confirm what the latest firmware version is for this monitor which I find rather hard/sad to believe.

Could someone please advise? I currently have M-TG700CCAA-1016.1 installed. Firmware for this monitor used to be available to download from the Samsung website, however, no firmware is shown at all anymore.

Best way is to Google search the model, hopefully you receive a direct Samsung Support link, if not a little search maybe required.

Once there is a manual and downloads section, select downloads and check the latest firmware,.if there is something newer download and install via USB
