Laptop upgrade

Hello I was wondering does the  NP300E5A-A01DX laptop  support windows 10 64bit with feature update 2004. And a Samsung SSD upgrade?

can you give a bit more context? are you already running Windows 10 version 1903 or 1909, or are you upgrading from Windows 7?

in general, yes you can replace whatever existing hard drive with a compatable SATA SSD, and you can install Windows 10 2004 on it, it will work. you will need to download necessary drivers afterwards from samsung Laptop support page

thanks for your email i spoke to samsung on the live chat they told me that i can upgrade to windows 10 feature update 2004 but some of the drivers  might not work properly as the laptop is out dated and not really ment for windows 10 its better on windows 7  as it doesnt have windows 10 drivers. i just wanted advice before i upgrade a friends laptop  they also told me i can upgrade to ssd.
