Hello, I sent my Samsung Galaxy Book3 pro 360 5G off for a keyboard repair to Samsung's authorised repair centre MTR and I received my laptop back however the SIM card slot tray is now missing on it. I have contacted Samsung through twitter and have been advised to contact the repair centre upon calling the repair centre I have no answer on the phone and being on hold just goes dead like the call has been answered but no one is speaking and my emails haven't been read by them.

What do I do and if need be where can I get a replacement SIM card tray from? As I have looked online and cannot find any anywhere

Thanks
Nate

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

It's very difficult to find the exact size of the nano-SIM tray used. It's annoying that yours wasn't sent back. I would send another request to Samsung and explain that you're unable to contact them, or ask if they can provide any information on the specific size of the SIM tray. Online, it doesn't look too different to a regular sized nano sim tray which can be found on amazon and the likes, you can buy one online; however, I don't think it would be smart to guess and possibly jam the wrong one in.
