Galaxy Buds app

Hi guys

I have an issue with the Galaxy Buds app on my Galaxy Book :
-When I open the case and put the buds (so freshly powered on buds), my galaxy book connects to the buds, and gives me the notification of the remaining battery in the case and the buds.
-My "Galaxy Buds 3Pro" app (which is running in the background, and which is showing an icon in the taskbar) does show me the buds connected and the battery left... but it doesn't let me do anything when I use the "quick setting" view that the little icon in the taskbar opens when you click on it -> I am forced to completly open the "Galaxy Buds" app, let it load, THEN the "quick setting" window can work

This is not seamless at all to be honest and pretty annoying, is it a global issue ?

Hi I gave up using my Buds with the Galaxy book, rarely works and switches, fine with mobile and tablet, but laptop especially Windows 11 a total fail.

that's really sad to be honest, even more when samsung does not deliver multipoint bluetooth, ONLY this "seamless switching" between samsung devices... that just doesn't work as intended with the galaxy book

Should clarify the issue with Microsoft Windows 11, 10 was fine for me, but agree not being able to seamlessly use your earbuds across your Samsung mobile, tablet and laptop is a major fail, meaning I carry two sets of ear buds.

It has never worked for me. I have spoken to Samsung support multiple times and complained, but there has been no change.
