Galaxy Book Pro 360 not updating to windows 11

I bought samsung galaxy book pro 360 last in December 2021 and when I first used it, it was showing windows 11 update but when I tried to update it the windows 11 update vanished. 

Now when I tried to manually update it I am getting this error in windows installer:

Can anyone help here?

Microsoft have withdrawn the eligibility based on error reports fed back by other galaxy book Pro 360. So there's clearly a blocking hardware issue that will need resolving by Samsung and Microsoft before you can safely upgrade. Be patient and eventually you'll get W11
