Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 Touch Pad

I recently brought Samsung G Book 360 Pro but the touchpad either stop working or it does its own thing after a bit. The only thing I can do is to go into the BOIS and reload the defaults. That seems to sort it short term, but it's getting a little annoying. I'm hoping this is a good place to start. I don't want to send it for repair as I'll have to reset it and it'll then stop exhibiting the issue.

Any guidance would be appreciated

Did you go for a refund, I've just received an updated lets know if this made it any better for you. else it maybe a case of asking for that refund

Right, but when I received the update, the message was that is a firmware for improving the stabiity of the touchpad. Al least for me, 3 days and no issue. Good to share experience. I have eliminated some specific options (sensibility and other)  that I had before for trying to reduce the touchpad problems . For the time being, outcome is been positive. Cross the fingers.
