Galaxy Book 3 - not turning on

Hi all,

I have a new Galaxy Book 3 that I have only owned for seven weeks. 

I have not used in for the last three weeks and it does now not turn on anymore.

Here is what I have tried:

1) power button > flashing blue light but black screen

2) making sure it fully charged (it has now been on charger for 24+ hours, red light was on constantly (no flashing)).

3) power button > one very brief flash of green light, then nothing. Black screen.

4) I am now having a flashing blue light again but the screen remains black


Please can you advise?

@Any_Key  Look at the power indicator on the computer - is it lit? Does your computer charger have a light on it?
