Fingerprint setup

I have had my galaxy book 3 pro a week and thought I would setup fingerprint recognition. All I am gettting is the repeatedly lift and rest page and till my finger aches. I am all up-to-date with Windows and Samsung update. I also tried uninstalling the driver and restarting. Sensor is clean and my finger but still nothing

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting:

Remove Existing Profile:

Press the Windows key + I to open Settings. 

Click on Accounts. 

Select Sign-in options. 

Find the Windows Hello Fingerprint option and click Remove. 

Restart Your Laptop:

After removing the fingerprint, restart your Galaxy Book3 Pro to ensure all changes take effect. 

Attempt Setup Again:

Go back to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. 

Select Windows Hello Fingerprint and click Set up. 

Click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new fingerprint. 

Troubleshoot the Driver (If Setup Still Fails):

Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Windows search bar).

Look for the EgisTec Touch Fingerprint Sensor. 

If it's not working or showing an error, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the driver again, or check for driver updates on the Samsung Support website. 

Seek Professional Help:

If the problem persists after these steps, contact Samsung support or your retailer for further assistance, as there might be a hardware issue.

The problem is I cannot store a fingeprint in the first place it cannot see my finger when on the button in setup

Turns out it was a sticker on the button that looked like a fingerprint. I had already done a Google search before posting and it said not to remove the sticker. Removed it and works fine
