finger print on Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 360 not working

Hi

Does anyone had issues with the finger printer scanner on their laptop? I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Pro 360 that does not recognize the scanner.

Samsung support is really bad, slow, and going nowhere. I will have to send back the laptop for repair which is a huge concern at the speed they are reacting.

Anyone who could advise something else than just 'run Samsung update' and update the BIOS?

yep me to i have had the galaxy book twice now and on both units it has not worked
