Easy setting box

A few days ago I bought a C43J890DKU type monitor. I installed the Easy setting box which is very useful. Unfortunately I have some problems with it but I have not found any topic about it. So I created

The first problem is using Chrome. Sometimes it works, but mostly not. It simply can not be assigned to a screen area. In a German topic, I found a question about it and there was a response from the moderator: Chrome does not support Easy Setting Box. But it sometimes works! For me it seems to be a program bug. It would be very good if this could be improved because it does not worth so much!

My other problem is that sometimes the programs go out of their assigned area. So they can cover a little bit of each other. It's not as confusing as the first mistake, but it should be improved.

Has anyone encountered these mistakes? Is there any solution for one of them?

I've done all that you have suggested ie updated all the drivers, changed the display settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version - I have to agree with the IPoppa - the website isn't useful, and it loads no issues and runs in the background.  I can even change the grid patterns in the settings but nothing changes.   The icon at the top of the screen also has disappeared.

It's have been working really great for me but since several month this technique is not working anymore for me iehter.

Don't know what hapened, i think it's a update from chrome of from something but i don't know how to do it anymore 😞

Samsung is ridiculous on this Easybox and ulttra wide monitor

1. Agree on the support page. Download page hard to find, link doe s not get users directly to the page. 

2. Just bought a freaking ultra wide/ downloanded/redownloaded easybox, could not make it work, windows is stretching and does not resize the horizontal bar/ it is so stressful for the eyes,. It makes the monitor worthless
Landed this support page without resolution. I am ready to return it 
3. For the price of almost 1K, donot want to return it because it is huge, hassle  to bring to the UPS but it is stressful/harmful to my kid eyes if the resize windows does not work. 

4. Troubleshoot from reinstall OS, updated graphic cards, Windows, drivers, done all. 

5. Samsung, pls fix it.

Have given up with EasySettings mainly due to losing double-click mouse action when  it's in use (Quadro graphics and Samsung monitor(s) via DisplayPort)

hey...thanks for the post. yes its becoming a real pain. what software do you use as an alternative?

I dont use an alternative. Most windows remember where they were when last closed anyway including detachable toolbars and DAW control and editing sections  (Cubase) and others re positioned as required - might be a problem making full use of really big monitors I imagine.

No, double-click does not work still, however, i setup the monitor with a new computer and it work better in terms of the screen.  it is not stretching the images.
