yesterday
The sleep mode of my NP950XDB windows 11 laptop became immediately useless after the driver update named “Samsung - SoftwareComponent - 7.0.16.0”. There were no other parallel updates. Upon waking up the laptop from sleep mode, it gives a blue screen crash. Wake up from hibernation seems to work.
The windows event viewer shows the following HAL error: “The hardware real-time clock was not set because evaluation of the ACPI Time and Alarm Device method failed. Status: 0xC00000BB.”
I did a system restore to a point prior to the update, following which everything worked as normal. Yesterday, the same update was again installed automatically, and the problem is back. Now, I lack system restore points to do a recovery.
Any ideas how should I fix this problem?
Is it possible to restore the driver package to a previous version?
