Different users for a galaxybook and samsung log in

I récente bought a galaxy book 4. I already have a s23. I am interested in making a link thanks to my account between the two devices. 

Nonetheless, i am not the only user in the family. I would like other user be able to use the pc withount having acces to my Phone informations or notifications. 

Is it possible to have different account and only one is linked with my samsung account to my Phone?

Yes. Of course, you can create separate user accounts on your Galaxy Book 4. But only the account associated with your Samsung account will sync with your phone, so other users won't see your notifications or data.
