Data transfer from win 7

Hi, just purchased galaxy book pro 360.

I want yo transfer docs, pictures etc from old Win 7 laptop to new. Can I use smartwatch? Is there a better way?

How much data is involved? Do you ever back this stuff up anyway because if not you should be. If you have one you could use an external drive but be aware that if the laptop is old enough to run W7 it could take an age to transfer stuff over USB 2.0 to any connected drive.
