Chromebook go offer, not sending verification email to get into track my claim

Heya,

I sent off a claim to get a free chromebook go as I upgraded my phone to the 24 ultra. I've filled the claim in and put the details they have asked of me. I've received a email to say they need more information as I've missed some, which okay no problem. But when I try to go onto track my claim and put my email address in, it says its sent the code but I haven't received a email from them with a code. I've been trying for 2 days now and they say I only have 14 days to provide the information otherwise my claim will close! Any advice will be appreciated.

Happens to me sometimes usually because I'm on one of the old tracking sites from a previous deal for chromebook, try this link, https://samsungoffers.claims/sam/chromebookgoGWP/en-GB/track-claim/login

If that one doesn't work I honestly don't know, try emailing help-en-gb-436@samsungoffers.claims
You will get an automated email back just reply help to it. Good luck
