Can't access to backup files

Me recently change the backup file then I tried to change backup files on Smart Switch but of course it doesn't work but when I tried to explore backup files it give me like blank files and I want to get pictures back.

Smart Switch backups are usually saved here by default on Windows: C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\Samsung\SmartSwitch\backup\
