Help after Magician Data Migration with no errors, Win 10 boots up but C: drive hangs in File Explorer...

Hi all,

I'm upgrading from an older 960EVO NVMe to a newer larger 980Pro NVMe.  Magician recognizes both drives and performs the Data Migration 100% without any error messages.  I go into my BIOS and select the newer 980Pro to boot from and I get into Windows 10 no problems.  However when I use File Explorer, it just seems to hang and I can't access any files on my newer 980Pro NVMe SSD.  I can access all the other drives including my older 960EVO drives, just my newly migrated OS drive - file explorer bar just goes across and I waited an hour or two and its still hangs and I have to quit the explorer in task manager.  I've booted back to my old 960EVO and I can access all the files it copied over to the newer 980Pro no problem.  Am I missing a step here?  I am going to try to do the Data Migration once again to the newer 980Pro to see if it was a fluke error.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tried the data migration again and got the completed successfully message after 100% but the same problem persists.  When I try to select the new SSD OS drive, File Explorer just gives the green progress bar and hangs.  It accesses all the other drives on my system, just the new OS SSD it hangs on and I have use the task manager to quit the process.  OneDrive also refuses to load up on the new drive (probably because it can't get access to it).  Do I have to remove the old SSD drive?  Is it conflicting with the new drive?

OK, found the culprit.  It was Norton 360.  It wasn't enough to disable the Anti-virus, but you actually had to boot into safe-mode and uninstall the application.  Once completely uninstalled, the newer SSD drive was accessible as normal.  So completely uninstall Norton 360 if you want to migrate your OS to the newer SSD.
