Hi I posted on 22nd Jan re my gaming monitor screen overheating and melting.

I had a response requesting the s/n but could not reply at the time and my post has been removed?

S/N 0TATHTRK400441R

Monitor is now completely inoperable so need a replacement, only purchased late 2019
