Samaung need to fix there website were you want to claim your buds and you can't because the page is not responding 
I tried to do it on other devices and still the site just would not load

Samsung please fix this because now I won't be able to claim my buds because if that

yea on the computer and my phone all seem to freeze on that page

I am having the same problem. Tried different devices and browsers with no luck. I thought it was just Me! R

Hi, I have just spoken with the claims support team on 0333 016 5171. This issue has been raised and should be resolved in the next couple of days. I asked what happens if the issue is ongoing. I was advised that we could probably claim by email. My call has been logged and an email sent to me confirming I had contacted them within the 30 days. This is just to ensure they can not say I did not claim in time. I would suggest you contact them too. R
