Laptop model: Samsung NP270E5E
5 days ago, my laptop requested an update. We forgot to put the laptop on charge while it was updating, so it died mid-update. It wouldn't turn back on, so we left it off overnight. The next day the laptop turned on and worked absolutely fine. However, when I turned it back on the next day it showed a black screen with the windows 10 logo, along with a circle that said something along the lines of ''automatic preparation takes place''. After about 5 seconds, it turns off, turns on then turns off. Basically bootlooping. We've tried so many buttons, F12, F10 , ESC and so on, but nothing seems to be helping. If you can help, please tell us! The laptop is urgently needed for online schooling.

Hey @kristine1 ,
have you tried the Recovery Mode? You can find how to do this from page 94 in this manual: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201412/20141209153711206/Win8.1_Manual_ENG.pdf
