On her account, her phone comes up 5 times and 1 for another person on location history. We're just wondering why it would say 5 times instead of once. Its just that an ex friend got into her phone through WiFi (we got him to admit it) and has messed up her phone. Google, Microsoft and Samsung accounts (Cloud, internal and external storage) have had files, Apps and photos etc moved around and deleted. We're getting a new router soon and she's done a factory reset but the phone is still doing strange things. Too much to text but Apps appearing and disappearing, Some Apps appearing twice and storage is full on Google drive but we can't see what's on it because it seems to recognise her phone as a third party phone and says she can't sign in to whatever she wants to sign in to because it says "a device is already linked to this account". Its so complicated I just can't explain everything. The ex friend did this on a laptop. We don't know what else to do. Thanks.
