I have just purchased an X5 2TB SSD and connected it to my Thunderbolt 3 port on my Dell Latitude 5480 using the approved supplied cable but it doesn't detect the SSD at all
OS is latest Windows 10 Pro and my Thunderbolt is definitely turned on within the BIOS and the TB3 driver has been updated to latest firmware
I have tried shutting down then plugging back in and also leaving it plugged in then restarting but it just doesn't detect the drive at all
Any advice or help would greatly appreciated as I have no idea where to go from here !!
