THERE'S NO SOUND WHEN I CONNECT TO USB .

HOPE TO FIND ANY HELPFUL ADVICE.OR INFORMATION.

Same problem - the settings on my smart TV only allow TV speakers OR optical cable - not programmed for USB sound. That way they make you buy a new TV or more compatible expensive equipment.

There is no USB audio. The USB is for service only.
