Hi, can anyone help. I just purchased this soundbar and I have managed to connect it all up no problem apart from the WIFI. I have done all the steps and in the smartthings app it shows that the soundbar has my WIFI router name but it fails to connect to it. Im trying to connect to my network as its supposed to be Alexa compatable but I cannot use it with Alexa because the soundbar is not on WIFI. hope it makes sense.
