We've purchased this sound bar and we're really disappointed with the sound.
You can't hear the voices properly, there's no surround feel and it sounds like a mono speaker.
I've tried using the Smartthings app with the Equilizer and tried every setting on the TV and it has an effect on the sound but even with bass up full and medium tones, the output still sounds hollow and weak.
We had tried a Sonos before this which had great "surround" sound from a soundbar but you couldn't hear the dialogue either, so we took it back and replaced it with this but this is really weak.
There's no distortion, its just has an empty, single speaker sound.
Maybe a setting issue?
