I have 2 TVs - QE50QN90DATXXU paired with sound bars Q930D soundbar with surround rear speakers.
Everything has been working fine but and I am assuming there has been an auto update. When TVs are turned on they go straight to TV speaker. When changing to soundbar I no longer get the + TV speaker option. Going to Qsymphony the message is select the speakers you want to synch, and when clicking apply on either wired or wireless I get the message Qsymphonynnot set then reverts back to TV speaker.
I have tried factory reset on TV and soundbar, I have tried uninstalling the awful smart things.
Anyone have any ideas. Just confirm, prior to this happening both TVs worked, nothing unplugged, no settings changed. It's driving me mad.
Spent 7 hours today getting nowhere. I have got one soundbar to work with qsymphony on either TV so it appears the problem is one of the sound bars. I also now have a problem where only one rear speaker works on both TVs
