I have this Soundbar for few months and I've been waiting for an update to fix this but I still got this problem, the bass is too low, raising the subwoofer level helps just a little and adjusting the bass to +6 or -6 doesn't make any difference at all, same with the treble. I also noticed the center channel sounds too loud and I had to lower it to -6 to make it fairly balanced. How can this expensive product from Samsung have all this issues? I've read so many others have the same issues and seems that Samsung just don't care!!!

I have the same problem. The soundbar connected to Samsung TV. Sound mode works from Standard, Adaptive, Surround and Game mode. Sub woofer setting does work as well. But Bass and Treble don't seem adjusted though it set from - 6 to +6 respectively. Need help. The treble quality is under

Picked one up 2 days ago and experiencing the exact same issue. The center channel is way too loud and the sound is very screechy/tinny from the center channel. Also, adjusting the treble/bass EQ settings on the soundbar doesn't do anything at all.
Any fixes as yet?

I have this Soundbar and i`m facing the same problem. Disappointed with the brand.

Yeah I ended up returning mine for a refund.
Wasn't too keen on a replacement unit as users on reddit were reaching out with more concerning issues of audio dropouts, low sub bass & subwoofer humming. Felt like playing 'soundbar lottery'.
Sucks because I specifically picked it up to brand-match with my 2020 QLED TV.
Poor quality control if you ask me and would prefer going with a purely audio brand, moving forward.
