this is a common issue when connecting through Bluetooth (it can be affected by any Bluetooth devices switched on nearby) but isn't curable through Bluetooth im afraid, this will be a fairly common experience. the best way round this Is to connect the soundbar to the TV via HDMI (if you have the ports on both TV and soundbar) if not then connect them by Optical cable which you will have. its just HMDI is quicker and better therefore pretty much guaranteeing to get rid of the sync issue.

Normally you can add a kind of delay on your TV. Like that you can synchronise the Bluetooth connection.
