I purchased a Samsung q800a soundbar yesterday from AO. When I went to the checkout it stated I could add the swa-9500s speakers for half price, which I did. However, I have received the invoice from them and the discount shows as being deducted from the whole package.
I am concerned the £300 promotion may be rejected because the discount to the speakers has been added to the promotional soundbar as well. I have contacted AO and they state invoices are automated so the can't amend it.
Will I still receive the cashback when I apply or will it be rejected?
