@Dellis_: Please can you confirm the model number of the TV you have the soundbar connected to? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV. In the meantime, please head to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode > Standard, then select 'Expert Settings' and make sure that Auto Volume is toggled off.
