Samsung HW-Q70T - sound bar system switching inputs on its own

I have a Samsung HW-Q70T with a TU-8000 Samsung TV. When I start using the soundbar it is fine then every 5-7 minutes it switches to BT and other inputs and sets volume to 9 and ive tried everything. Reset to factory settings. Tried Optical / HDMI connections and they all do it. Pretty much cant even use it unless i wanna turn volume and input every 5 minutes.

I came hear to research this very issue. I have the same TV and soundbar. I just bought the SWA-9100S rear speaker set. As soon as I paired them, not only do the new rear speakers not work, but the soundbar is now glitching just as you described. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this?
