Hello. Just wondering hypothetically if I came across a pair of Q990D rear speakers, would it be possible to use them with my Q930D soundbar instead of the standard ones??

He and welcome, i had the same issue when I purchased the Q900A instead of the Q990A (note the letter at the end designates the model year).
No one could provide an answer, in the end I just purchased them from Samsung direct, SWA-900s, butt cheeks clenched it all worked with no issues.
I would say some risk as no one at that time could definitely say YES.

Have you tested that all the channels (all speakers) are working individually?

I’d also like to know if this is possible, as I’m looking to do the same thing?
furthermore,
I’ve brought several parts from the Samsung q series soundbars, they’re all from different kits and I was hoping they would work together? The parts are: Samsung hw-q800c soundbar, hw-q930d rear speakers and Samsung wb67b sub woofer. I need to know if these will work together?
