Q990C and Phillips 65OLED806 No sound via EARC after source change on TV

Hi

I have just had delivered my Q990C which I have connected to the TV via EARC.  Everything was working fine but I noticed that as soon as I change the source on the TV say from HDMI 1 to a TV app the sound stops coming out of the soundbar.  The TV is still controlling the soundbar and changing sound on the TV to the TV speakers and back does not resolve it.  The only way I have found is to pull the power lead out the back of the soundbar and then the sound comes out of the soundbar again

Anyone experienced this or something like it ?

I do. I have connexion issues qui my Q990C as well. After a few days HDMI-Arc did not work, same thing with wi-fi and optical cable. No help for samsung...
