Blimey am I having issues with this. Same as you guys annoying crackling at low level. Been round the houses till I found this site.

Has anyone successfully solved the issue. Purchased it last November.

You need to update the firmware. Its very easy to do via USB. Look on my profile and you will see a I posted previously how to do this in detail. I had same problem and it worked for me.
